You must be talking about the expansion to Pleasant Hill Rd. It was to start in Fall of 2009, two more lanes one on each side. Or Poinciana Blvd was to be completed in 2009, two lanes all the way from Pleasant Hill rd to Rt.192. Hoagland is to be expanded two lanes from JYP to Rt.192. Marigold is to be expanded to Rt4.
