Was hoping for some feedback regarding the community and the lifestyle. We are very close to purchasing in Bellalago. I am from the area but have been overseas for 14 years. My parents live in Solivita. I have an 11 year old son who has never lived in America. I am concerned about how he adjusts and want to give him the best opportunities possible to fit in. My wife and I will have no problem! Any comments on the safety, how it is for kids, kids activities, what the school is like, etc. etc. Any advice would be appreciated. We would be very into the amenities and community and look to do our part to be active members. Thank you

Comment on Local Services

Hi there.<br>I called this number 321-609-1159 for my air conditioning system. We are being charged $47 every month for waste water treatment. That's twice as much as New Jersey (which is the brunt of all the sewer jokes :-). Is the HOA aware of this? Was there a community notice of this assessment?

Comment on Bellalago News & Events

when is the next community yard sale, being held?

Comment on Dining Out

great! how crowded it is during the day? about a month ago they offered free coffee in the morning as promotion. are we talking the same store?

Comment on Dining Out

Game Funaddicts Cyber Cafe new coffe shop and gaming cafe now open in the shops of Bellalago. I have some info. about an air conditioning guy that just started his business. He worked for a big A/C company for 5 yrs. and now just opened his business. He is available 24 hrs. 7 days a week a and his prices are excellent compared to Del Air or other companies. The best part is that he lives here in Bellalago and is available immediately when you call him. I had a really pleasant experience when dealing with him and I want to make sure everybody knows about him before calling other companies. He explained and showed everything to me and gave me super price. His name is Ronald and his number is (321)609-1159. Hope other people benefit from this info. it sure helped me!

Comment on Homeowner Issues & Concerns

While I do agree with what you said, you can't blame them for having a point of view and expressing it here at the blog. They have their point when wandering about why they have to pay for something they don't use. Having said that, we don't only pay for the amenities, we also pay for maintenance of the beautiful landscapes, the security guards and such. For example, I was upset when Avatar told me I still have to pay the dues for the house I wasn't living in when I bought and moved to another house in Bellalago and moved there. However, it makes sense that even if the house was empty, they still have to maintain and provide the services to the community. It may seem unfair to some people and I understand why, but rules are rules and we have to honor them. Anyway, lets try to enjoy what we have because it's truly wanderful!!
